It’s hard to believe Radars to the Sky have never released a full-length record. Stalwarts of the Los Angeles indie rock scene ever since I’ve been paying attention, they finally put-out a proper release that gives indie rocker’s indie rock a good name.

The lineup for this bill is interesting. Seamus Simpson used to play in Radars to the Sky, and now fronts Smokers in Love. Death to Anders is fronted by Rob Danson and used to feature Pete DiBasio… now both play in Radars to the Sky. A bit incestual? Maybe, but that usually makes for a personal, intimate performance.
